STOP BULLYING

Bullying is an action or behavior that is done by hurting physically, verbally or emotionally / psychologically by a person or group who feels stronger against a victim who is weaker physically or mentally repeatedly without any resistance with the aim of making the victim suffer. Bullying behavior involves unbalanced strength and power, so that the victim is in a state of being unable to defend themselves effectively against the negative actions they receive. Bullying has long-term and short-term effects on victims of bullying.  The short-term effects of bullying are depression due to bullying, decreased interest in doing school assignments given by the teacher, and decreased interest in participating in school activities.  Meanwhile, the long-term consequences of this oppression such as having difficulty in establishing good relationships with the opposite sex, always having anxiety about getting unpleasant treatment from their peers (Berthold and Hoover, 2000). ...

Cause and effect is a common way to organize information in a text. Paragraphs structured as cause and effect explain reasons why something happened or the effects of something. These paragraphs can be ordered as causes and effects or as effects and then causes. The cause and effect text structure is generally used in expository and persuasive writing modes. To put it another way: when an author gives reasons why something happened, he or she is explaining what caused an effect (reasons are causes and the thing that happens is the effect). Also, when a writer explains the results of an action, he or she is explaining the effects of a cause (results are effects and the thing that occurs is the cause). The cause and effect text structure is used so commonly that you have probably written a paragraph using it and not noticed. IF CLAUSES / CONDITIONAL CLAUSES (Type 3) Conditional clauses consist of two sentences. One is a clause that starts with if, which is called as ‘if clause’. The other is called the Main clause. Each sentence has a verb. It is important to know which tenses are to be used in these clauses and they play a big role in determining the meaning of the sentence.
